TTG Merges with Eppinger
Techniks Tool Group (TTG) announced its merger with Eppinger Group, a worldwide leader of driven and static tools for CNC lathes as well as precision gear and gear boxes for automation and robotic applications. The combined businesses will be named Eppinger Technologies and will expand their broad product offerings of highly engineered solutions to address the tooling and automation needs of both CNC milling centers and lathes. The company’s main brands of Techniks, Parlec, Eppinger, and Exsys will continue to lead customer-facing operations.
