New Venture Formed

A new player is entering the Rod and Sheet market. R & S International of Texas Inc., was formed and has entered into an agreement with Quero HJ of Madrid, Spain. The new venture will be responsible for the sale and marketing of the Quero HJ product line throughout the North American market. Initially the product offering will be limited to solid and hollow rod from 3/8" to 12" in diameter. Four materials: PVC, Polypropylene, HD Polyethylene and PVDF, will be stocked at the companies warehouse facility in Fairfield, TX. The company is in the process of building inventories and expects to be ready to deliver product by the end of March. Headquartered in Houston with sales and marketing out of its Yardley, PA office, they are currently seeking representation and distribution.
