IWF 2002 Exhibits Already 94% Full
With the addition of a newly expanded exhibit hall, the International Woodworking Machinery and Furniture Supply Fair-USA®, also known as IWF 2002, is expected to be the biggest event ever in its 36-year history. To date, over 1,000 companies have signed-up to display and demonstrate the latest technology in machinery, supplies, raw materials, hardware and services for both large manufacturers and small professional shops including those in the store fixtures and plastic fabricating industries.
Buyers can also expect to see some new faces. Of the exhibitors signed-up to date, 73 are new to IWF, providing fresh new ideas and products to buyers in attendance.
In addition to seeing more exhibitors, buyers at IWF 2002 can see a more comprehensive display of U.S. and international woodworking machinery, supplies, raw materials, hardware and services than any other trade show in the industry. While European and Pacific Rim trade shows feature a predominance of companies from the country or area in which they are held, IWF is unique in its worldwide variety of exhibitors.
The largest trade show of its kind in the Western Hemisphere, IWF 2002 expects to host 50,000 participants from more than 90 countries. IWF is owned and sponsored by American Furniture Manufacturers Association (AFMA), Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America (WMMA), and Woodworking Machinery Industry Association (WMIA).
