Professional Plastics Signs Distribution Agreements
In separate deals, Professional Plastics has recently signed distribution agreements to become a Master Distributor of Rulon® by Saint Gobain Performance Plastics, and also Turcite® by Polymer Sealing Solutions. Both Rulon and Turcite are superior wear-resistant materials suitable for bearings, bushings and seals. Rulon has a broader temperature range and superior wear properties in some applications. Turcite is an economical material with natural lubricity and wear resistance for applications that do not experience temperatures above 180°F. Both materials offer formulations with excellent moisture resistance and perform well under load.

The partnership with Saint Gobain appoints Professional Plastics as it’s master distributor of Rulon shapes throughout the western United States. As terms of the agreement, Professional Plastics will stock a large inventory of several grades of Rulon including Rulon AR, LR and J, and provide field sales support and technical service to expand the customer base for Rulon products.
