Röchling Acquires Symplastics

Röchling Engineered Plastics announced it finalized the acquisition of Symplastics Limited and Symplastics Inc., adding to its high performance plastics division.

“This acquisition will enable Röchling Engineered Plastics to increase its market share and positions them for substantial revenue growth. Operating out of two locations: Orangeville, Ontario, Canada and St. Peters, Missouri, Symplastics Limited and Symplastics, Inc. will support Röchling Engineered Plastics by broadening its product range and also extending its network of locations and branches throughout the US and Canada.

The Spray Guard® spray suppressant mud flap product line, the Sym Mat® step mats for trucks and the Ramex® UHMW-PE sheet and rod product lines are a valuable enhancement to Röchling’s product offerings.
