Welder Training/Certification

It is not too late to sign up for this year’s DVS (German Welding Society) plastic welder certification courses. These courses are valuable for veteran welders as well as newcomers to the field and provide in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of hot gas hand, hot gas extrusion welding and thermoplastic materials. The one-week courses are conducted at WEGENER Welding’s Chicago facility during the weeks of Sept. 17 and Sept. 24. The trainer is a Certified Welding Instructor from SKZ (Southern German Technical Institute). Attendees have the option to certify as plastic welders according to DVS and will receive an official welder card and certificate upon successful completion.
