New KYDEX Website

KYDEX, LLC, the U.S.-based manufacturer of KYDEX® thermoplastic sheet, launched a brand new customer-focused, interactive website in April 2009. The site, www.kydex .com, is designed in response to KYDEX’s research into what the customer really wants.

“At KYDEX, we have always taken customer service very seriously, talking and listening to our customers and taking their needs into consideration”, says KYDEX President, Jim Medalie. “Their feedback has influenced the new website design and functionality.”

With an updated and improved combination of presentation and functionality, visitors to the site will appreciate the ease and speed in which they will be able to find information and download documents. Some of the main features of the new website include: improved navigation and faster load times; simplified and organized page layout; ease of locating company contact information, the addition of Google Analytics.
