Designer Gallery App

Altuglas International, makers of Plexiglas® acrylic sheet products and technology innovators for over 76 years, unveiled the company’s free Plexiglas® Designer Gallery iPhone® App at GlobalShop 2010 held in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 10-12.

The Plexiglas® Designer Gallery enables retail designers, architects and industrial designers to digitally carry the extensive line of Plexiglas® acrylic sheet color samples on their iPhone® or iPod touch® and save their favorites for easy retrieval. Designers also have access to color specifications, product families, color types, size and thickness availability and the ability to share a color at the touch of a button.

“For over a decade, we’ve worked with a multitude of retail designers to create a wide array of new specialty Plexiglas® acrylic sheet products to make their design visions a reality. We’re excited to be able to offer designers another innovative tool at their fingertips to bring inspiration to their designs,” said Mark Johnson, General Manager for Altuglas International.

The company will also feature its extensive variety of colors and textured surfaces in its new booth made of Plexiglas® acrylic sheet and will showcase its specialty product, Plexiglas® Hi-Def™ acrylic screen, atop the booth.
