Ain Branch Obtains ISO 9001:2008 Certification

AIN Plastics, a division of ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, announced that their Columbus, Ohio branch has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. The ISO 9001 certification is the most recognized quality management system in the world and is used as the basis for more stringent quality systems in the aerospace, automotive and medical markets. Certification to the ISO standard will help enhance AIN Plastics’ position as a strategic supplier to customers in the medical device and aerospace markets, which generally require suppliers to be ISO certified.

The company has nine full service branches and five dedicated sales offices in 11 states across the United States. In recent years, AIN Plastics has established itself as an industry leader in production process support services for the manufacturing industry.
