High Impact Polystyrene Stocking Program
Spartech launches a stocking program with its DigiMax
high impact polystyrene (HIPS) offering. DigiMax HIPS is
specifically formulated for the digital printing segment. It
provides superior ink adhesion, can be readily embossed,
and comes with industry-leading tolerance control to
ensure high quality print consistency and processing. The
corona-treated product has superior layflat, sheet squareness,
leading edge cut and dimensional tolerance control.
DigiMax will be stocked in Spartech’s Evanston, Illinois
and La Mirada, California plants. Material will be initially
offered in a standard 50” x 100” sheet in .020”, .030”,
.040” and .060” gauges. Sheet will be available for second
day shipment.
In addition to the stocking program, DigiMax can be
custom ordered in other gauges, sizes and opacities with
short lead times.
