Curbell Opens New Facility in Rochester
Curbell Plastics, Inc., one of the nation’s top suppliers of plastic sheet, rod, tube, tapes, and fabricated parts has relocated its operations in Rochester to a new, larger facility directly behind their previous one.

The new facility will allow them to operate with additional resources including increased storage capacity with 50% more space to house customer specific materials, allow for future growth, and improve fabrication capabilities with an additional new CNC panel saw. The Rochester facility features one of the company’s largest cut centers with three saws to better serve customer’s custom cut requests and provide faster turnaround times.

According to Jeff Burke, Regional Director for Curbell Plastics, “The investment in additional warehouse space and cutting capabilities at the new Rochester facility provides improved operational efficiency, allowing us to better serve our customers. Due to the geographic location, we will be able to improve response times to our East Coast customers as well as others around the country.”

Curbell Acquires Great Lakes Plastic Company

Curbell Plastics has also acquired the plastics business of Great Lakes Plastic Company, Inc., in Buffalo, New York.

Curbell Plastics, headquartered in Orchard Park, New York, a suburb of Buffalo, expands on its’ 77 years of growth with this local acquisition. Curbell gains a new sales representative who will transition over from Great Lakes continuing to service the original accounts ensuring no disruption of service.

“The addition of the Buffalo, NY Great Lakes plastics business will enhance our existing Western New York accounts strengthening our local presence,” said Jeff Burke, Regional Director of Curbell Plastics. “We are excited to have a new sales representative added to our Orchard Park sales force and are confident we can service our new customers at an even higher level than before by offering additional resources, materials, and technical expertise.”
