EMP SA and CO-EX Corp. to Reorganize

EMP SA, a world leading manufacturer of advanced polycarbonate sheets and systems, announced the expansion of its operation in international markets by exploring new opportunities in previously untapped areas.

After three years as Managing Director of CO-EX Corporation, Mike Johnson will leave CO-EX to make available his vast experience in the plastics industry and steward the new initiative of the EMP SA group.

CO-EX will continue to strengthen its position as the group representative in North America by proposing innovative solutions for greenhouses, OEM, plastics distribution and architectural daylighting applications.

CO-EX’s efforts will be led by Kurt Glaser, Director of Sales and Marketing. Glaser comments: “We are very excited about this new development of the company. We reached this point through the stewardship of Mike Johnson for which we are very thankful.
