Thermwood Expands

Thermwood has announced a major expansion of facilities at its Dale, Indiana headquarters. The expansion, the largest in the company’s history, includes increases in both office and manufacturing space. Office expansion consists of the addition of a 20,400 square foot, two story office complex that will house executive offices, formal training class rooms, a dining room, meeting rooms and a combination showroom and customer demonstration facility. In addition, the factory production area is being expanded with the addition of a 56,000 square foot manufacturing and assembly facility. This facility will be used for final assembly and testing of the Thermwood’s CNC machine products. They have also purchased an office building approximately one mile north of its plant where it has relocated software development and CNC machine control development personnel.
