Polygal U.S.A., Inc. was established in 1983 as the North American operation of Polygal Plastics Industries Ltd., the leading supplier of polycarbonate structured sheet for glazing and covering in Europe. Since 1983, nearly 50 million square feet of Polycarbonate Structured Sheet have been sold and installed in North America alone, with sales continuing to grow annually. The company has had to expand facilities three times, and will be moving to a new facility in early 1998 that will more than double current warehouse space. New products introduced over the past years, include: Polyclip(TM), the polycarbonate glazing panel system; RFX(TM) Solar Control Glazing; Titan(TM) and Poly-X(TM) twin- and triple-wall configuration 5/8" (16 mm) sheets with X-member; Thermogal(TM) triple-wall 1" (25 mm) sheets with X-members; and PolyClear(TM) Anti-Fog/Anti-Drip interior finish for greenhouse glazing. The company also offers a proprietary line of custom profiles, bases and caps to join, cap and trim panels for the final finishing touch. The authorized distributor network has grown and today over 50 distributors operating out of nearly 300 locations assure that product and application information, is available at the local level.
