NEW PVDF PLANT
Solvay Advanced Polymers, Inc. and Dyneon LLC announced that they have formed a joint venture to build and operate a plant to produce vinylidene fluoride monomer. The company will supply Dyneon's existing fluoroelastomers plant and a Solef® polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) plant that Solvay will construct on the same site.
