Customer Satisfaction Survey
In a survey of over 600 resin buyers by Mastio & Co., Solvay Polymers scored first in customer satisfaction for the fifth time in five years. Mastio reports Solvay Polymers achieved the largest lead between first- and second-ranked companies since the survey has been conducted. This year's survey, the most comprehensive in its history, covered 1,322 polyethylene buying locations, 620 respondents and 512 companies, with a combined purchasing power of over 10 billion pounds of product annually.
