VACUUM MATERIAL HANDLING
Q.V.P. offers a series of air-powered VAKuum Pumps that can be used in a variety of material handling applications. The ability to hold a variety of materials with up to 1800 lbs./sq.ft. of clamping force using vacuum jigs and fixtures made by the end user is simple, reliable, cost effective and easy. Users have realized up to a 200% increase in productivity when template routing with a vacuum jig as it eliminates mechanical clamps or double sided tape and won't mar the work piece. In addition they can be used to hold material on CNC routers. Air powered VAK Pumps come in 4 capacities and are more reliable than electric pumps because they do not have any moving parts or any components to overheat, wear out or break. They are about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of an equivalent electric pump and come with a lifetime warranty. These air-powered pumps are available as individual units or as complete kits. Circle No. 96.
