COMPACT BENDING TABLE
The Edge Finisher Co. has introduced a compact model of its linear heat table. The Model HRK-125 has four nichrome wire heating elements with separate temperature controls which can be positioned both over and under the plastic sheets. The top heating elements automatically lift up when the heating cycle is complete. All the heating wires and profiles are on tracks and can be quickly moved and locked in position. Heat and cycle time are changed with dial controls. Hold down bars in top keep sheets flat during heating cycle. The work surface is 26" deep and 49" wide. Acrylic and other plastic sheets from 1/16" up to 1/4" thick can be heated. A special "contact profile" is also available for heating thin gauge materials without melting or burning. The heat table is ideal for plastic fabricators of acrylic, styrene, polycarbonate foamed PVC, and PET sheet materials.
