TEFLON(r) NO-STICK COATED FOILS
A line of Teflon(r) (PTFE) coated foils that are an excellent release liner for manufacturing, food processing, baking, and converting applications because they are naturally slippery, heat- and chemical-resistant, and formable is available from Insultab, Inc. The 350 Series Coated Foils are coated using a direct deposit roller with thickness uniformity to +/- .0003" across the width and running direction. Featuring a no-stick surface that can withstand chemicals and temperatures up to 500°F, they are formable and easy to clean. Ranging from 1 mil to 15 mils thick, Insultab foils are available as aluminum, copper and stainless steel foils with a PTFE coating deposited down to .0005" thick. Rolls can be supplied from 1/2" to 18" wide and food-grade coatings are available.
