MORE MATERIAL CONSOLIDATION
AlliedSignal Korea, Ltd. announced that it has reached agreement with-LG Chemical to acquire LG Chemical's 50% share in their joint venture, LG AlliedSignal Corporation. The joint venture has been supplying CAPRON(r) nylon 6 and PETRA(r) post-consumer PET engineering thermoplastics to the Korean market since 1989.
