SPECIALTY SHEETER
Converters of value-added products such as pressure sensitive film and metalized vinyl can increase productivity with the MSS Specialty Sheeter form maxson Automatic Machinery Company. Designed for fast and easy size changes, the sheeter reduces downtime associated with set-up by up to 50 percent. The new sheeter can precisely slit and sheet to an accuracy of +-0.023 inches, eliminating the need to guillotine trim. In addition, the unit's sheetlength monitor eliminates set-up waste by allowing the operator to preset the cutoff without having to thread material through the cutter. Available in trim widths of 48, 56, and 64 inches, the unit requires just a single operator. It can be equipped with various equipment options including air washed boards, trim removal system, Pen-Mam dust collector, and counting and marking systems.
