RELEASE LINER
Courtaulds Performance Films, Inc. has introduced a Non-Silicone Release Liner consisting of a special release coating containing no traces of silicone applied to a polyester film base. The coating is a fully reacted thermoplastic polymer which has a melting point in the range of 185-203°F. Extremely thin dry coating thickness adds virtually no additional haze to the base film, ensuring optically clear visual properties. They can be used effectively with a variety of adhesives including natural, rubber, SBR, Kraton, acrylic and others. Typical applications for NSR liners include electronics, flexible circuitry, computers, medical dressings, self wound tapes and various others.
