SHEETER/STACKER SYSTEMS
CONTECH has non-stop sheeter/stacker systems that allow material to be received inline from a plastics extruder to an accumulator, then fed into the sheeter. The sheeted material is carried by a sliding conveyor to the stacker. The jogger-type stacker has a reciprocating skid platform. When one skid gets full, it automatically moves to the side and the other skid is moved into position on the stacker. Switching time is only 20 seconds and the unit operates continuously at high speeds with no interruption.
