PVDF MANUFACTURING OPERATION RECEIVES CERTIFICATION
Elf Atochem North America, Inc. announced that its Kynar polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin manufacturing operation has received ISO 9002 quality management certification. The unique properties of Kynar PVDF resin include excellent purity and outstanding resistance to corrosion, abrasion, fire, and nuclear and ultraviolet radiation; and enhances the performance of products in: piping and lining material in the chemical process industry; conduit and jacket material; separator material in lithium ion rechargeable batteries; and more.
