CUSTOM EXTRUDED TUBING
Insultab, Inc.'s custom extruded tubing is offered in a wide range of sizes from .020" to 1.50" I.D. and wall thicknesses from 5 mils to .5", depending upon I.D., with color matching, and can be E-beam cross-linked to improve physical properties. Featuring a wide variety of materials, they can be supplied in cut lengths from 1/8" to 10 ft. long with +/-1% tolerances, depending upon length, and can be bagged, boxed or spooled.

Made from PVC, polyolefin, TPE, EVA, ionomers, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, Nucrel®, Surlyn®, and Elvax®, the custom extruded polymers meet MIL, UL/CSA and USP Class VI specifications, depending upon the material. These polymers can also be coextruded for applications requiring adhesive melt liners or the combination of specific properties, such as UV-, abrasion-, chemical-, or temperature resistance.
