COMPOSITE WITHSTANDS HIGH LOADS
Rulon ACM is a cost-effective alternative to traditional materials. It is designed to withstand high loads and exhibits a performance range two to three times greater than that of other composite materials. With a compressive strength of nearly 64,000 lb./psi, it can handle tremendous loads and is primarily used in heavy-duty industrial products.
Due to its lack of calcium carbonate, which is an extremely abrasive material, this material exhibits durability as a bearing or wear surface.
The material is self-lubricating, non-corrosive and dimensionally stable in fluids. With an absorption rate of less than 0.1 percent, it is an excellent choice for applications in and around water.
