TEFLON® SPACERS
M. M. Newman TFE Electrical Insulation is offered in 56 standard sizes from AWG #30 to AWG #0 with various wall thicknesses and can be cut to length from 1/16"to +/- .032" accuracy. When sized to correspond with screws and other fasteners, these spacers can be used to separate components and layered PC boards.
Chemically inert and nonflammable, the insulators feature a 2.1 dielectric constant and operates from -450° F to +500° F. Available in clear and a variety of colors for color-coding , the tubing can be provided in TFE, FEP, or PFA formulations, is UL listed, and conforms to MIL-I-221229, ASTM-D-3295, and AMS-3653/3655.
