PORTABLE HEATGUN
A new fully portable, battery-powered heat gun (patent pending) for installing heat shrinkable tubing, soldering or welding plastic tarps, tanks, and related products in remote locations, without the danger of open flames, is being introduced by Malcom Company, Inc.
The Malcom MCH-100 provides up to 1,350°F for an average of 30 minutes continuous use, depending upon the heating element selected. with a 48 volt rechargeable battery pack that weighs only 10 lbs. and a 9 ft. power cord for optimum maneuverability, this heat gun weighs only 13 oz. and eliminates the danger of open flames in remote locations where electrical power is unavailable.
Featuring interchangeable electric ceramic resistance heating elements from 200 to 400 watts, the gun is available with over 100 different nozzles.
