HDPE SIGN MATERIAL

Polymer Industries' most recent introduction to its HDPE line of products is Densetec 600 HDPE Sign Board. It is a coextruded thermoplastic sheet with multiple color layers for use in signage, playground equipment and other products. It is UV stabilized to resist deterioration in harsh outdoor environments.

Manufactured by extruding one color on the inside and a contrasting color on the outside, the result is a sheet that can be engraved with the same or different patterns on either side. The durable textured finish resists graffiti, stains and odors and wipes clean for easy maintenance.

Unlike other sign materials which are laminated with separate layers of material, Densetec 600 is manufactured by combining the layers inside the extruder while the material is still molten. It is a homogenous sheet guaranteed not to delaminate, crack or chip and is offered in a variety of color combinations.
