BRAZED CUT-OFF BLADES

Micro 100, Inc. offers cut-off blades for B & S automatics. Specifically designed for use on Brown & Sharpe automatic screw machines, P & W holders and dovetail slot holders, these brazed cut-off blades are furnished in CR and CL styles for forward and backward applications on the vertical slide, high back and low back use on the back slide and high front and low front applications on the front side of the B & S automatics.

The super carbide tips are hollow ground for improved chip control. The blades are hardened on all sizes, ranging from 4-1/2 to 6 inch lengths in various widths and heights.

Extremely shock resistant, the cut-off blades will not chip or break under normal machining conditions and provide increased speed and feed rates in cutting most materials.
