THREE NEW PRODUCTS

Transilwrap Company, Inc. has rolled out three products for the graphic arts and point-of-purchase markets, including a printable film that clings to almost any surface, a durable print-on plastic that provides powerful graphics, and a high-strength, printable film ideal for tags, labels and banners.

The new products include: ClingZ® molecular enhanced film, an electrically charged film that sticks to almost any indoor surface, without damaging the surface or leaving adhesive residue; Tyvek® Brillion™, which offers the tear strength and flexibility of standard Tyvek®, with a whiter, smoother surface that provides bolder, more intense graphics. Made from high-density polyethylene fibers, it combines the properties of paper, film and cloth to offer rugged durability; And, Valeron® strength film, a premium product for applications such as tags, labels and banners. It is a cross-laminated two-oriented polyolefin film, which, unlike most synthetics, has unique balance strength in both the machine and cross directions. Because there is no orientation, it has a high resistance to punctures and tears, making it ideal for applications that involve rough handling or harsh climates.
