INCREASED CAPACITY

In an effort to continually upgrade their manufacturing capabilities, Applied Plastics, Inc. has recently added a 3-1/2" Davis Standard Extruder. With this new addition, they can increase production rates, manufacture to more exacting tolerances, and work with a variety of materials from commodity grade polyethylenes, high impact styrene, polypropylenes, rigid and flexible PVC to engineering grade resins like polycarbonate, acetals, elastomers, ABS, PETG and acrylic. Combining this with their precision in house Tool and Die Department, 22 extrusion lines, and 130,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, they provide customers top quality, competitive prices and excellent service.
