The Performance Foams business of The Dow Chemical Company is transitioning its sales, marketing and research and development teams, as well as creating alliances with key global fabricators, to strengthen its commitment to global leadership in the polyolefin foams market.

Dow expects that by 2001, the Performance Foams business will be a leading global supplier of polyolefin foams. The demand is projected to total over 250 million board feet.
