Fram Trak® Industries, Inc. is a plastic extrusion and injection molding company, which has been manufacturing custom plastic extrusions and molded products since 1978.

Their area of expertise is in custom profile, single and co-extrusion processes. They work with client’s ideas and make them ready for manufacture, with the ability to produce and modify all tooling in-house.

The company, based in Middlesex, New Jersey, has an 80,000 sq. ft., 100% solar powered, zero-waste facility. Inhouse computer part design begins with PTC Creo Parametric, rapid prototyping equipment, a complete machine shop with wire EDM, sinker EDM, CNC milling machining centers, and CNC lathe machines. Production equipment includes profile extrusion lines, injection molding machines, corrugated tubing equipment, cutting, punching, sonic welding, winding, bending, milling, drilling, adhesive application, and packaging equipment. Production equipment also includes decorating machines for hot stamping, silk screening, and printing. The company is fully equipped with in-house packing, warehousing, and shipping facilities.

Their goal has been to coordinate all necessary processes under one roof - design, manufacturing, assembly, and shipping with cost-effectiveness and minimal stress for the customer.
