Assembly Tape
Fabrication Tools and Materials, Inc. (FTM) now offers a Mylar Assembly Tape that makes glue up that much easier. This new single sided, highstrength (3.5 Mill) Green Mylar Tape is, high-strength, solvent resistant and offers clean release. Mylar has just the right amount of stretch, it will not easily tear or break down when in contact with standard acrylic solvents. The silicone adhesive holds strong and releases clean without leaving a residue.

This tape is the latest addition to FTM’s line of products that include acrylic hardware, Leister Hot Air Welders, and thermoforming equipment. At FTM you can find tooling designed specifically for plastic fabrication, such as drill bits, saw blades and router bits.
