Aurora Plastics announced the appointment of Mike Klein to the position of chief financial officer. In his position, Klein will oversee all financial aspects of the organization. The company’s information technology function will also report to Klein.

Arkema Inc., Technical Polymers Division, announced the addition of two engineering roles. Marco DeAngelo and Alexandra (Alex) Peters joined Arkema to offer engineering assistance to customers focusing on Kynar® PVDF.

DeAngelo, joined Arkema June 2020 after achieving a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. DeAngelo’s title will be Sales & Marketing Engineer and he will at first be responsible for customer interface for technical data, material selection, product referrals, and website navigation for the Kynar PVDF and Kynar Flex® PVDF product line.

Peters, joined Arkema in June 2020 after achieving a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. Peters’ title will be Application Engineer and she will be responsible for working with end users in the area of product design and standards development related to Kynar PVDF with special projects in the water filtration market and oil & gas processing.
