Fram Trak™ Industries, Inc. is a custom plastic extrusion and injection molding company. Their goal has been to coordinate all the necessary processes under one roof - design, manufacturing, assembly, and shipping with cost-effectiveness.

Fram Trak manufactures custom plastic extrusion and co-extrusions in any color or length produced with close tolerance and high quality. They offer state-of-the-art manufacturing, the ability to combine design and engineering stages under one roof with the actual product manufacturing, offer the option of decorating, fabricating and assembly services and co-extrusion needs can be accommodated whether it be multicolor or material application.

Their injection mold ing is state-of-the-art and includes 75 to 500 ton injection molding machines. Fram Trak can create molds from scratch or modify existing molds to achieve optimum performance and reliability in production. The benefit is that by offering the option of decorating and assembly services for these molded parts, the total manufacturing process is simplified for their customers.

Through the utilization of CAD software for engineering and design, they take a concept, craft it with the creator, and turn it into a three-dimensional model that can be manipulated prior to being manufactured. Utilization of in-house tooling facilities such as CNC machining and EDM technology give them the ability to create or modify dies and molds achieving optimum performance and reliability.
