High Purity Flare Adapters
Asahi/America, Inc., a leader in thermoplastic fluid flow solutions, has added flare adapters for its PP-Pure® pigmented polypropylene piping system. The flare adapters allow for a high purity transition between pigmented PP pipe and PFA tubing.

Available in 1/2”–1” pipe sizes, and a variety of tubing sizes, PP-Pure flare adapters come cleaned and double bagged.

Asahi's PP-Pure piping system is best suited for lowend RO/DI applications, and non-critical UPW lines in photovoltaic and semiconductor manufacturing.

Expanded BIM and CAD Library Files
Asahi/America has also expanded its building information modeling (BIM) library on its website to include three additional product lines: PP-Pure pigmented PP high purity piping system, Super Proline® chemical grade PVDF piping system, and Poly- Pure® natural PP high purity piping system.

The library also contains CAD files for the company’s Air-Pro® compressed air piping system, Asahitec™ PPRCT commercial HVAC and plumbing piping systems, Proline® single wall industrial piping system, Purad® ultra high purity PVDF piping system, as well as manual valves.

Engineers, estimators, and designers can easily download CAD files through the company’s online catalog at http://cad.asahi-america.com.

Accessing files through the interface is easy and intuitive; simply choose the desired part, file type, and then download, print or email the files. The interface supports 32 formats.
