Plastic Welding Kit
Master Appliance has recently launched a new plastic welding kit (Model PH-1400A-00-K) designed to make fabricating and repairing thermoplastics fast and easy. The welding kit is a self-contained, general purpose plastic welding system with everything needed for hot air welding a variety of thermoplastic materials. Efficiently hot air weld thermoplastics such as rigid and flexible plastics, auto bumpers, tarps, liners, covers, tents and more.

The kit includes the new state-of-the-art Master Proheat® LCD Model PH-1400A professional heat gun as the heart of the system. The heat gun features a backlit lcd display allowing precise digital control of its settings including adjustable temperature and airflow that is lockable with a passcode and a selectable auto cooldown feature. The heat gun is designed for quick and easy field repair with an easy to replace heating element, cordset and nozzle covers. Six tips, a starter pack of wire mesh and welding rods are also included in the kit for specific welding applications: speed welding, pendulum welding, mirror welding, and tack welding.
