OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE

CADlink has introduced ProfileLab 2D & 3D Software for the Machining Professional. The output is compatible with: hundreds of routers, engravers, NC machines in HPGL, G-code or special formats. The modular format allows you to add on the features you need.

The software is available in two packages and offers four Add-On Modules so you can customize your package of preference (Professional Text Compose, Special Effects, Accuscan and Advanced Nesting).

ProfileLab 2D produces fast toolpath generation and drill functions with cut simulation for Windows. You can import .dxf, .eps and many more file formats, apply toolpaths, lead-ins, lead-outs, bridges, nest and set cutting speeds.

ProfileLab 3D can create and output 3D graphics and text quickly and easily. Powerful toolpath algorithms generate Chiseled and Beveled graphics and text. Multiple tool support allows for creating raised and flat-bottomed graphics and text.

Their AccuScan module allows the user to scan in artwork and output to a router, engraver or NC machine. Advanced Nesting Optimize material utilization with our true shape-nesting module. This powerful module allows user defined angles of rotation for parts, fitting of parts within parts and nesting parts on non-rectangular sheets.
