MINI Hand Extrusion Welder

LEISTER has assembled this mini hand extrusion welder with the plasticizing unit, the hot air blower, the rod feed and the electronics in one unit. A professional welder will love the low weight of 8.75 lb. and separate controls for the plasticizer and pre-heat. With easily changeable PTFE welding shoes, all types of welds are possible (double fillet, overlap weld, v-weld and double v-weld). The unit is very economical to use because no multiple welding is necessary and offers electronically controlled process parameters and stepless continual rod feed. The WELDMAX can be used as a universal tool for material such as PE-HD, PE-LD, PP, PPS, PVDF.
