The brochure was developed to assist product designers and purchasing agents with their plastic and rubber tubing and hose choices and applies to many industries and applications.

The brochure points out the information necessary for proper tubing and hose selection and draws attention to frequently-overlooked details, thereby avoiding specification or buying errors. While the brochure is not meant to replace one-on-one contact with a qualified sales team members, it allows designers and buyers to be more prepared before contacting the company.

Some of the topics included in the brochure include failing to check for approved ingredients, not knowing the temperatures involved, neglecting to check for tubing and hose flexibility, and failing to ask whether the product can be reused.
