Bench Top Ultrasonic Welder
Plastic Assembly Systems (PAS) introduced the "Solutions Series" bench top ultrasonic welder in 20 khz. The line of heavy-duty ultrasonic welding and insertion equipment has standard integrated controls and 2000 watts of available power. The power supply has variable output amplitude control, automatic frequency control and self-auto tuning, and automatic in cycle amplitude compensation. The snap in style converter offers 360-degree rotation. The microprocessor controlled operator interface has digital controls for weld time, hold time, delay time, pre-trigger and force trigger. It offers built in overload protection circuitry, standard connectors for integration into automated systems, and micro adjustment pre-trigger with linear scale on face. It also features a micrometer style locking depth stop and zero force actuation switches for cycle start and machine emergency stop. The system includes standard filter, regulator, and lubricator with air dump.
