Plastic Assembly Systems Introduced the Solutions Series 25001AS high tonnage hydraulic thermal assembly system. The new line of assembly equipment offers the advantages and precision of hydraulics with the simplicity of pneumatic control.

For the first time ever, a standard line of equipment is being manufactured utilizing hydraulics in a heat assembly machine. The 25001AS utilize hydraulics to control Velocity by using an adjustable load compensated speed control, eliminating the need to adjust the force to the cylinder.

Conventional heat assembly equipment utilizes Air. Air is compressible and the tooling will continue to move after the cycle is complete. This creates the need for a mechanical positive stop. The 25001AS utilizes hydraulic fluid which is virtually non-compressible eliminating the need for a mechanical stop making the unit a snap to setup.

PAS offers a complete line of equipment for secondary assembly of plastic products including, heatstaking, heat insertion, ultrasonic, spin, vibration, hot plate and custom systems.

Also offered is a free Plastic Part Joint Design and Prototype Assembly Services.
