Vertical Panel Saw
A new, heavy-duty, fully automatic vertical panel saw that features the accuracy needed to stack cut and cross cut small parts and requires minimal floor space is being introduced by Hendrick.
The Hendrick PRO-V Fully Automatic Panel Saw has a full length hold-down bar to provide confirmed placement of material while cutting, a heavy-duty frame to maintain squareness, and a solid surface material support area. Featuring ±.005" straight line accuracy, an operator only needs to place the material against the stop, press the foot pedal, and press the start button to cut anything ranging from 1/2" squares up to 5' x 10' sheets.
Measuring only 4' deep x 15' wide x 11" high, the saw takes up minimal floor space and offers single blade scoring and three cutting modes: conventional top-to-bottom, scoring, and reciprocating. Driven by a 7.5 HP motor, the adjustable saw blade travels on precision-machined ways and the carriage drive motor is standard with 30/60 FPM traverse speed. Rigid and stable, this saw weighs 2,640 lbs.
