Extra Long End Mills
Micro 100, Inc. is now offering a series of extra-long-length solid carbide end mills. These are additions to the Micro 100 long-length carbide end mills designed for increased full depth milling.

The new end mills are extremely shock resistant. Their extra-long-length makes them ideal for continuous full depth milling in roughing and finishing as well as in slotting applications. The new GEL series, with square end, and the BEL series, with ball end, are manufactured in 2 and 4 flute configurations. Both are center cutting with a 30° helix. The solid carbide end mills are available in diameters from 3/16" to 1" in nine sizes. Shank diameter tolerance is -.0001" to -.0003". T.I.R. is .0005" for all sizes. Cutter diameter is +.000" -.002" for end mills up to 1/4" and +.000" -.003" for 5/16 to 1 inch sizes. The ball radius tolerance for the BEL series is +.005" -.000".
