Polyurethane Adhesive

WELD-ON 55®, and its faster-setting counterpart WELD-ON 58®, provide crystal clear, high strength bonds on polycarbonate. They also bond a variety of other thermoplastics used in the signage and other plastic fabrication applications.

Offering high shear strength and resistance to flex and impact stresses, the adhesives are clear and will not discolor from UV light. They are easy to use and come in 1:1 ratio cartridges that can be used with their MIXPAC 50 dispensing gun.

The working time for WELD-ON 55 is 10 minutes with a one hour tack free time, WELD-ON 58 is 2 minutes and 30 minutes respectively.
