New Acrylic Sheet

Ideal for P.O.P. displays, store fixtures, glazing, and general fabrication, ACRYLITE PLUS^® acrylic sheet from CYRO Industries offers manufacturers, fabricators and designers a universal acrylic sheet that combines the beauty and clarity of acrylic with high impact performance for longer lasting, more cost-effective store fixtures and P.O.P. displays. Exceptional cost savings can be achieved through downgauging, reduced shipping costs, faster fabrication, and freedom of design in combination with conventional acrylic.

He added that ACRYLITE PLUS sheet looks, feels and fabricates like standard acrylic, yet provides many times the impact strength to stand up to fabrication, shipping, and store traffic.

The sheet maintains its consistent clear edge color before and after fabrication, giving fixtures and displays a desired elegance that is sometimes lost with other impact materials that impart an "industrial" look.

The sheet is easily fabricated and machined using standard acrylic techniques. It can be routed at feed rates up to two times faster than standard acrylic sheet. Its low forming temperature range (270 to 350° F) quickens cycle times and helps lower overall manufacturing costs. The sheet is also weather resistant for both interior and exterior applications.

It is available in colorless and glass green. Colorless sheet comes in thicknesses of 1.5mm (0.060") to 6.0mm (0.236"); glass green sheet comes in thicknesses of 2.0mm (0.080") to 6.0mm (0.236"). Both colors come in standard sheet sizes of 48" x 96." Other sizes are available upon request.
