William W. Wiess, President and Owner of Central Plastic & Rubber Co., Inc., (retired) has succombed due to complications with diabetes and kidney diseases. Bill, as he was known by others, operated Central Plastic for 25 years in Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Ann and two sons, Wink and Bob who currently operate this third generation business. Bill was an Arizona plastic pioneer and industry leader who brought to the Phoenix market a friendly consumer approach to industrial plastic and rubber products. His design contributions can be found in over 40 states, 9 countries and even on the moon.
