CNC Software, Inc. will showcase the benefits of their latest Mastercam Router software at IWF 2002. Mastercam Router is specialized CAD/CAM software for the woodworking, furniture and plastics market that delivers easy design and programming, efficient nesting, fast engraving and more.

The software offers CAD/CAM tools ranging from basic flat-panel cutting to complex, artistic 3D machining. Easy-to-use CAM functions include contouring, pocketing, drilling, 3D surface cutting, and 5-axis machining.

The software is fully associative meaning that model and tooling information are linked. Once you program a part, any change - model, tooling or machining strategy - will instantly give you an updated toolpath with a single mouse click.

Developed by CNC Software, Inc., Mastercam is Windows-based CAD/CAM software for 2-through 5-axis milling, turning, 2- and 4-axis wire EDM, 2-D and 3-D design, surface and solid modeling. Mastercam runs under Windows NT, Windows 98 and Windows 2000, and is compatible with all other CAD/CAM systems.
